Kristen Lawrence completed the master's degree program for speech-language pathology at UNC-Greensboro. Throughout her graduate studies she worked as an intern in the field of speech-language pathology. Kristen's internships included the Phoenix Academy, where she assessed and treated children's speech and language delays, and a private pediatric therapy company, where language therapy was conducted in natural setting environments. Kristen has been with KM Peds since July 2009. She has pediatric experience with developmental delays, autism, cerebral palsy, augmentative communication, apraxia, and various syndromes. Kristen is also a feeding specialist.
